The folder of correspondence is A through B that documents the work of Waldo Schmitt during the Smithsonian-Bredin Belgian Congo Expedition, 1955. Includes official correspondence for purposes of travel, letters formalizing the itinerary, accommodations, issues with shot film being received at the Smithsonian, issues with Congo government officials, information about a film made during the expedition, and funding.
