"The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) under the guidance of the Northwest Forest Plan and the six Western Oregon Resource Management Plans met and in many cases exceeded its goals and objectives during fiscal year (FY) 1997. The FY 1997 Accomplishment Report addresses the accomplishments of the BLM under the comprehensive Northwest Forest Plan in such areas as Watershed Analysis, Jobs-in-the-Woods, and Forestry.
