The literature concerning the mosquitoes and mosquito-transmitted diseases on Guam, Mariana Islands, is presented in the form of an annotated bibliography. It reflects the emphasis on mosquito surveys during World War II, and the continuing mosquito surveillance with new species collection records which has resulted form the island's current importance as a U. S. military center and port for both aerial and surface trans-Pacific commerce.
