The adult, pupal, and larval stages are described and illustrated for Anopheles (Cellia) maculatus from the type locality of Hong Kong and two new species of the Maculatus Complex from the Philippines. The new species are morphologically distinct from maculatus, and the latter is no longer considered to occur in the Philippines. Concepts for the new species are based on morphological differences first observed in cytotyped specimens from chromosomally distinct, allopatric populations.
