Field notes document the work of James Lynch in Quintana Roo, Oaxaca, and Chiapas, Mexico, during October 9 - December 3, 1984. The purpose of the trip was to study behavioral ecology of Hooded and Kentucky warblers in Quintana Roo, collect Pseudoeuryca in Chiapas and Oaxaca, work on WWF-US project studying effect of agriculture practices on migratory birds. Notes are recorded on loose sheets of paper, dated, headed with location information and contain narrative style entries. These describe travel details, routes traveled, work completed, colleagues with whom worked, observations of birds (common name, sex, location in habitat), lists of birds seen, drawings and hand drawn maps, habitat. Also includes entries from point survey, log of salamander trip, and mileage.
