The BLM is amending the grazing regulations for the public lands, 43 CFR Part 4100, Grazing Administration - Exclusive of Alaska. The grazing regulations govern all public lands that have been identified as suitable for livestock grazing. This final environmental impact statement (EIS) is a national-level, programmatic EIS that documents the ecological, cultural, social, and economic effects that would result from implementing the proposed regulatory changes.
