This EA also incorporates by reference the Final Environmental Impact Statement Grass Creek Planning Area [Proposed] Resource Management Plan (USDI, BLM 1996). These documents contain descriptions of the affected environment and two RMPs also provide general management prescriptions for their respective planning areas.
