Notes:

The notes and drawings document William Holmes' field work in Monte Albán in Oaxaca, Mexico, during 1895. Wokr was completed while working for the Field Museum in Chicago. Drawings depict the terrain of the mountain range (lesser Alban) near the deserted settlement, buildings and structures, layouts, Mayan sculpture, hand drawn map of the site, architectural details, and elevations.
