The hydrographic sheet no. 2058 documents sea bottom specimens collected from the Taku Inlet, Stephens Pass, south of Douglas Island, junction of Lynn Canal, Catham Strait and Icy Strait in Alaska, June 13 - September 10, 1890. The party was commanded by Lieut. Com'd'r. H. B. Mansfield, U.S.N. The table of data contains dates, section nos., locality, fathoms, and notes. There is a note at the bottom of the second sheet to also see sheets nos. 2059, and that soundings in red are reduced for tide.
