Correspondence documents work that was completed during the Palmer Peninsula (Antarctica) Survey, 1962-1963. Correspondence covers 1962-1966. Subject matter covers expenses, locations resided enroute to Antarctica, invitation to Smithsonian to send staff to Department of Defense sites in Antarctica as part of the US exchange representative program, ongoing business at the Smithsonian, fieldwork, and copies of his field notes (may include station numbers).
