The black-and-white photographs of Noddy tern (Anous stolidus) were taken as part of the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program, 1962-1967. The photographs feature birds roosting, Noddy tern colonies, and nests with some chicks and eggs. Photographs were taken on Baker Island, French Frigate Shoals, Lisianski Island, and Southeast Island. The photographs are attributed to A. B. Amerson, R. B. Clapp, P. J. Gould, P. C.
