The diary documents Edward Preble's trip to Wyoming in May 1 - June 5, 1911 documenting elk and other wildlife populations in Wyoming. This is a continuation of the Diary from 1911 of Wyoming and Idaho. Entries are dated, and usually includes location. The diary contains observations on area vegetation, wildlife populations, and physical surroundings. Notes detail elk herd movements, changes in population, and interviews with residents about elk.
