The field book was created for the Pacific Ocean Biological Survey Program Southern Island Cruise 16, on November 18-20, 1966. The field book by Robert Tuxson includes bird banding and returns data collected on Howland Island (listing band numbers 757-61068 to 757-61084). 757-61068 was lost. Much of the data collected was for Frigate Birds, Boobies, and shorebirds in general. Includes notes are about observed nests.
