Field notes Vol. 138 documents Nathaniel Lord Britton's botanical collecting in Cuba in 1910 on a New York Botanical Garden expedition, with co-collectors Elizabeth Gertrude Knight Britton, Percy Wilson, and Franklin Sumner Earle. It is comprised of a list of specimen numbers 5291-5815, collected March 9-22, 1910 in Cuba. The notebook includes dates and locations, and entries have very brief descriptive information on the plant and/or habitat. Most entries do not have the full plant name. The first four pages list expense accounts for the expedition.
