An album of photographs taken by Aaron Aaronsohn and George J. Salem during plant exploration travels. Aaron Aaronshon photographed agricultural scenes in Palestine in July 1911 and Egypt in Oct.-Nov.1911. George J. Salem photographed date palm culture at Siwa, cotton farming in Egypt in Nov.-Dec. 1911, and the Kiswah procession of Oct. 7 1911. Photographs included people and scenic views from their travels. Album was made for the Office of Foreign Seed and Plant Introduction, Bureau of Plant Industry, United States Dept. of Agriculture.
