A critical agency need is to develop a timely, cost-effective means of assessing resource condition, cumulative impacts, and trends on a regional scale. This report is the result of a project to develop and test a strategy for quickly synthesizing, analyzing and interpreting regional information on critical resource conditions and trends related to priority public land management issues.
