Notes

The journal documents Edmund Heller's field work in Guatemala, 1905. Entries are interspersed through out the notebook, and not consecutive. Entries describe locations, daily activities, travel details (destinations, accommodations, food), animals observed (type not legible), abundance, and habitat. There is an itinerary in the back, listing locations between departure from Chicago July 2 to Golconda (?) and back on the 25th. Loose inserts contain copy of first entry in notebook. Locations include Puerto Barrios.
