The t.p. of this vol. has publication date "1836" and lacks vol. designation, but has "End of v. 1" printed at end of text (on p. 94).

Nos. 11-12 dated Nov. 1838 and June 1840 respectively; no. [13] issued in blank wrapper except for "no. 13" handwritten in ink on wrapper.

Plates are hand-colored.

Text on p. 118 ends abruptly in the middle of a sentence.
