Notes:

Added half title for North's essay: A discourse of fish and fish-ponds.

"Price, in boards, one guinea and a half, coloured"--Half title.

The plates (most of which have legends in Latin, English and French) are dated 1735 to 1741.

This book appears to have been a publisher's venture, and consists of a series of 18 "remainder" plates by Eleazar Albin, Elizabeth Albin, and Fortin Albin, to which text has been written at some period posterior to 1774 (as evidenced by citation of the "Gizzard Trout" on p.30), and consequently not by Eleazar Albin ; plus a reprint of North's "Discourse".
