BHL Australia

BHL Australia is a national project working to digitise Australia's biodiversity literature and make it openly accessible online on the Biodiversity Heritage Library website. Our digitisation operation is located at the Melbourne Museum in the beautiful World Heritage Listed Carlton Gardens. BHL Australia receives funding from the Atlas of Living Australia to make Australia's taxonomic knowledge openly accessible to everyone.

To peruse the 4000+ volumes and 470,000+ pages contributed to BHL by Australia's museums, herbaria, royal societies, field naturalist clubs and government organisations, click here
