Abstract

(BF Eldridge) A simple method to calibrate aircraft-mounted spray systems is described. A knapsack hand sprayer with its flow meter and pressure gauge is attached between the cut-off valve on the aircraft and the spray nozzle, and pressure from the knapsack sprayer forces the spray out of the aircraft-mounted nozzles.
