Abstract

Anomoneura taiwanicasp. nov.(Hemiptera, Psylloidea, Psyllidae, Psyllinae) is described based on samples from Taiwan that were previously misidentified asA. moriSchwarz, 1896. Morphological and genetic differences between the two species, as well as their distribution, are detailed and discussed. Comments on the pest status ofAnomoneuraspp. in East Asia are also provided.
