Two other issues of 1655 have as printers Officina Elseviriorum, and Apud Ludovicum & Danielem Elzevirios. The present issue was actually printed by Johannes and Daniel Elzevier, though only Johannes is credited on t.p. See Rahir.

Wingendorp after C. van Mander, and a double-page view of the interior of the author's cabinet by Wingendorp, tipped onto a stub at the centerfold. Of additional in-text ill., 11 are engravings (2 full page), the remainder woodcuts. Head- and tail-pieces, initials.
