Abstract

Two new species of the bamboo-feeding planthopper genusBambusicaliscelisChen & Zhang, 2011,B.flavusChen & Gong,sp. n.andB.guttatusChen & Gong,sp. n., are described and illustrated from China. The generic characteristics are redefined and photographs of the new species are provided. A checklist and a key to species ofBambusicaliscelisare also given.
