Abstract

Two new species ofBetacixiusMatsumura, 1914 (Fulgoromorpha, Cixiidae),B. latissimusZhi & Chen,sp. nov.andB. maguanensisZhi & Chen,sp. nov., are described from Yunnan Province, China. The genus is reviewed and a key to all known species is provided. The females of four Chinese species are described for the first time.
